It uh... Said some things and kind of threw me through a loop. Not exactly my proudest moment but I ended up caught up in one of it's webs.
It said I had been hurting people. That it was it's responsibility to deal with me. It wouldn't tell me who it was referring to. Just that they'd be better off if I wasn't around.

Yeah. I was just trying to get a lay of the land. Normally if I end up in a pinch I can kind of rose petal my way out. It didn't work out that well.
I've talked to someone afterwards who also ran into thing but it was a whole lot friendlier with them. You might want to reach out to them too.

Varian and my friend are both more than capable of handling themselves in a fight. So I'm not worried about them there. They just might need some help avoiding trouble.
