Yeah. There are a lot of them where I come from. So it's a career option. I get that not everyone here does it. It has definitely helped, but that doesn't mean this place hasn't thrown some curve balls my way too.

That's how it's felt since I've got here. But I'm sure everyone has some skills here that can help out when things get tough. We just have to find the right people to lean on at the right time. That's how we'll get through this.

[The Titanic messed her up in ways she still hasn't fully come to terms with. Half her friends forgetting her and then being swallowed into the darkness was not a good time. Nor anything that came after. Fuck the Titanic forever. ]
That's the right attitude to have. Between all of us, we've got what it takes to survive this place. So long as we stay united. If it divides us, we're in a whole mess of trouble.

Thanks. It happened a long time ago but I think about her a lot. In my world there are big academies where people train to be Huntsmen and Huntresses. Basically the coolest warrior hero types you can be. She went to school with my dad, uncle and my sisters mom. They were apparently the coolest kids in school. My mom was full of energy and just wanted to help everyone out. I think that's where I get it.
