Vids never really mention HOW it got started but it did and big leader people in these countries fought because they wanted to win. Thing is, we may not have monsters that could kill us but...I dunno if you've ever heard what nuclear energy is but it's something people invented in my world.
[ A part of him half expects Ruby to fall asleep. Really, he wouldn't expect anyone to stay awake for this because of how clinical it sounds. But, he can't help but keep how depressing it all really was out of his voice. ]
People used it to power things sure, cities, towns, you name it. But...the thing is it's also got made into weapons, bombs specifically. And well...if they go off they don't just kill people and destroy buildings.
They're like poison. They can make whole places uninhabitable and toxic. You step into one of these areas? You're basically going to die within seconds if not minutes.
[ He takes a pause to look over to Ruby. ]
